'When my company asked me to re-locate from Europe to the United
States, I was not sure how I was going to deal with the potential
disruption to my life.
I approached Lindsey for coaching specifically related to the
re-location, initially to help clarify if it was what I truly wanted.
Once I had established that I would make the move Lindsey helped to
develop a careful plan to assist in dealing with the myriad issues that
were involved with the re-location.
The careful planning and visualisation helped me to go from being
frozen with fear to feeling like I was totally prepared and ready to
take on the challenges of the new job as well as the challenges of life in a new country.
Obstacles that seemed insurmountable at the time were broken down and
dealt with so that only a clear and positive path ahead remained. I
went away with valuable tools for dealing with potential issues down
the track and continue to use Lindsey for coaching while I am overseas.
