The purpose of the Executive Relocation programme is to ensure that the time consuming and costly process invested in recruiting and relocating employees is returned.

responsibilities.

Structure
The Executive Relocation programme consists of 8-12 sessions of telephone coaching with each session lasting an hour.
Sessions typically occur on a weekly basis but may be fortnightly if
more time is required to work through the actions from the programme.
Partner/spouse sessions are also available as part of the programme.
E-mail Support
So that progress is shared and to maintain momentum employees are able to e-mail me with their progress in between sessions.
Many clients like to share their ‘successes’ and good news on a regular basis.
